Well today I took the family and my mother in law to the Alaska state fair. It was fun. A lot better then the last time I went back in 2000 but I believe that's because it was nice to see all the excitement on my kids face in the petting zoo, riding horses or just seeing fair rides for the first time. I will be uploading some some pics to my picasa so just click on the link on the left hand side and you'll see the fair pics I was talking about.
On the weight loss front I am doing pretty good. I haven't been weighed in 1 week but that's no biggie. Last time I was weighed I was 377 so all in all 51Pd's lost. Not half bad. The doc seems to think I will be sub 300 in about 2 months which will KICK ASS. I really want to be able to walk on our treadmill at home it will make this winter so much easier.
Well gotta run. I ll try and make a better effort to update things more often hear. If you do read please leave comments. Good, bad or indifferent I really don't care I would just like to know that people actually read this thing.
